Description
A careful blend of 12 to 15 year old Irish whiskeys. Distilled three times from crystal clear water and the best malted and unmalted barley. It is then rested in old Bourbon casks and old Oloroso sherry casks until it has slowly reached its perfect taste. Overall taste: Complex, distinct but soft taste of Irish distilling and malt whiskey without peat smoke. Colour: Beautiful amber with an orange tinge Nose: Scent of sweet nuts with a touch of lemon and burnt wood. Body: Complex and round, combining robust distillation with distinct notes of malt and sherry Palate: Soft and rich taste with undertones of wood that transitions into sweet nutty Oloroso and a hint of spice Finish: Rich, long and pleasant dry aftertaste with light citrus and sweetness
