A delicious and fresh Sauvignon Blanc, which is extremely pleasant to drink. This refreshing Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards located in Occitanie, north of the city of Narbonne, which have ideal conditions for creating excellent wines, due to the sunny and warm Mediterranean climate. The grapes are grown with respect for the local environment and the diversity of nature.

The color is a nice light golden, and the nose reveals fresh aromas of citrus fruits and exotic fruits. The taste is crisp with a fresh acidity, where both nose and mouth are spoiled by the green character of the grape. You will also notice notes of elderflower and citrus fruits. This Sauvignon Blanc goes well with: Salad with asparagus, goat cheese, steamed fish, white potatoes and sauce beurre blanc. We recommend that you serve the wine between 8 and 10 degrees.
