Description
This Primitivo has been aged in French oak barrels. Fruity bouquet of sumptuous, sweet dark berries and fine notes of licorice and oak. The wine has a very well-balanced acidity and silky tannins. Particularly suitable for exotic dishes, pork, veal and lamb or for strong cheeses. Should be drunk while relatively young. Semi-dry, residual sugar approx. 7.5 gr./ltr.
