Description
The grapes are harvested at night when it is cool to prevent oxidation. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to maintain freshness and the aromas from the grapes. Colour: light pink. The wine has aromas of strawberry complemented by fresh apple. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with starters such as salads, fish and other light dishes.
