The first impression this wine gives is the beautiful light rose color, with a fine pink depth, and cannot be compared

with the darker Pinot Noirs. Here there is lightness. 

The bouquet offers notes of crushed strawberries, sweet spices and floral notes of violet and hawthorn.

In the mouth, the wine is very powerful, but at the same time generous and velvety and with a revitalizing freshness.

This Pinot Noir Rose is excellent with light salads, pasta and rice dishes and especially fish and shellfish - or just as an aperitif with fresh summer strawberries.
