Denmark's very first beer of the pilsner type, which saw the light of day way back in 1880. Grøn Tuborg has a mild and fresh taste, is medium-bodied and lively and has a pleasant hop bitterness in the aftertaste. In the glass, Grøn Tuborg is golden to straw yellow in color with white foam. The scent has hints of flowers and grains. Should be enjoyed at approx. 7-10ºC. Perfect for the Danish classic lunch table, where the beer's fresh liveliness and mild fullness provide every opportunity to quench your thirst. Grøn Tuborg differs marginally by being slightly more sulphurous than Carlsberg Pilsner, which increases the thirst-quenching effect.
