Really good red wine from Chile, which, if you compare price and quality, is a find for the money. El Emperador thus consists of Cabernet and Carmenere, two of the most cultivated grape varieties in Chile. Already at an early stage, the grapes are picked from selected vineyards. The wine is dark red and has a sweet aroma of blackcurrant and green pepper. As I said, the wine comes from the El Emperador castle, located in the Central Valley. In terms of taste, the wine is balanced, just as the tannic acid is well structured and thus creates a really good depth. We recommend El Emperador for both light and dark meat and poultry. Alcohol percentage: 13%. Serving temperature: 16-18 degrees.
