Aalborg Porse Snaps is a real specialty within Aalborg Akvavitten's spice family. Here you get a very tasty schnapps, which is seasoned with sherry, oak and rosemary, and which is made from fresh Danish porce. The schnapps has a rounded taste and a slight bitterness, but it stands out significantly from the other spiced schnapps made by Aalborg Akvavit. Aalborg Porse Snaps will be suitable for good cheeses and for chocolate desserts. Schnapps' bitterness means that it is best enjoyed at room temperature.
